Honey and Almond Energy Bites Recipe

These energy bites are a perfect on-the-go snack, packed with nutritious ingredients and the natural sweetness of honey.


  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, dark chocolate chips (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. After chilling, use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet or a plate lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill the energy bites in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set.
  7. Once firm, transfer them to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
