Honey and Lemon Water Recipe

This simple yet highly beneficial drink is perfect for kickstarting your day or for sipping on throughout the day.


  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (preferably raw and unprocessed)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced


  1. Heat the water until it’s comfortably warm but not boiling.
  2. Add the honey and lemon juice to the warm water.
  3. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
